Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or if you are genuinely unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you may be eligible for:
- A replacement product
- An exchange
- A full or partial refund
Depending on the nature of the issue.

Choosing The Right Fragrance
Fragrance is personal, and scent preferences can vary from person to person.
To help customers discover fragrances they truly love, we recommend exploring our Discovery Sets before purchasing full-size bottles.
Discovery Sets allow you to experience multiple fragrances and find your perfect signature scent.
Non-Eligible Cases
Returns, refunds, or exchanges may not be approved in the following situations:
✗ The product has been extensively used
✗ The request is made after 48 hours of delivery
✗ The product has been intentionally damaged or altered
✗ The issue cannot be verified after review
Upon Delivery
We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival.
If you notice any damage, leakage, missing items, or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photos or videos so we can assist you promptly.

Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.
